What can I expect to pay to fix my computer?

What happens if my computer cannot be repaired?

If your computer cannot be repaired, we'll give you some options, including migrating your data and settings to a new computer. A flat rate of $50 (for remote support) or $75 (for on-site support) will be charged if your computer cannot be repaired.

What happens if you make things worse?

Although we try to mitigate any risks associated with the repair of your computer, at times things can be made worse. This is the nature of computer repair, and as such, WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT MIGHT OCCUR TO YOU COMPUTER AS A RESULT OF ANY CHANGES OUR TECHNICIANS MAY MAKE. I have an emergency. Can you come right away?

In the case of an emergency we will try to divert a technician to help you. Be aware that emergency support will incur a charge of $50 in addition to any other incurred billing costs.
